Tune in and listen to the rhythm of the earth and shifting seasons it can provide solace - let out the last of our exhale, and then pause before beginning the fresh inhale of spring...?
Join me for an hour and 15 minute yoga class by candlelight to restore and nourish for this busy time of year. We will be going for drinks close to the yoga centre after the class and you will be most welcome to join me.

Postnatal Mum and Baby Pelvic floor and Core Recovery with Yoga and Pilates
A supportive and friendly group to support your postnatal wellness. We incorporate appropriate Pilates and yoga exercises and practices to support your core and pelvic floor and heal the postnatal body. we have a fully equipped studio so no need to bring anything other than a drink and maybe toy/blanket for baby. Babies are most welcome and you feed and cuddle your baby as much as you need to. 5 week course This class is suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks after a caesarean delivery. A health screening form is required to be filled in prior to attendance.
