We will gather for slow mindful Yoga with Yoga Nidra guided meditation. This class is especially for women.
This class will ALSO be livestreamed on zoom.

We begin on Monday 30th January and go until Monday 27th March.

Mon 10am Yoga
Mon 8pm Yoga Nidra meditation
Tues 8pm Yoga
Fri 10am Yoga with Yoga Nidra guided meditation
Times are AEDT
Monday evening session will be 45 min. All other sessions 60 min.
No Monday sessions will run on the public holiday Monday 13th March.
Please note there may be small changes to the timetable, and possibly an extra session time added.
