Adult Vinyasa Yoga Flow for mixed levels of ability.
Vinyasa yoga is a creative style of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. There is a theme or area of focus for each class, often influenced by the natural elements water, space, fire, earth and air. These classes will work on connecting your mind, body and breath through conscious mindful movement. Expect breath work, a safe warming challenge and a nourishing cool down.
Suitable for beginners with reasonable fitness.
Yoga Essentials is a workshop of 4 classes focusing on developing familiarity and confidence in key yoga poses that support in developing strength, flexibility and mobility and leave us feeling good. Sun Salutations A and B will be broken down and taught each week, alongside other key yoga poses. Classes will begin with breath work and the practise of connecting breath to movement will underpin each class. Suitable for beginners with reasonable fitness.
Class runs each Friday at 1.15pm for 45 minutes over a course of 4 weeks.
Book onto the whole 4 week workshop for 40 euro or come for a drop in class for 12 euro.
Yoga for Kids.
A space for kids to enjoy movement and mindfulness in a way that is fun and meaningful to them. A non-competitive environment to explore yoga poses as well as enjoying important relaxation time. A fantastic boost to overall mental and physical well-being as they continue to navigate the world as a young person.
Parental consent is needed, please put in parental phone number and email details when booking. These classes are 50 minutes long.
