A private session can be the perfect way to invest in your yoga practice - as in the name it is a practice of self- discovery and exploration! In a bespoke session you get to have loads of attention and can focus the time all around your needs and perhaps if you have injuries or any past concerns we will work out a plan over one session or four. This first session is 75 mins to include a consultation and your choice if you want to share with a partner of friend! I would suggest a block of four sessions to get you feeling and benefiting from this practice following a plan. This block will be in a separate class listing called private block of four.

Monday: 730pm - 8:40pm Core strength Vinyasa Yoga - A dynamic anatomical inspired flow focusing on transitioning through the body with intelligent sequencing. There is a general theme or "Peak pose" we are working towards and during the class we focus on our transitions to find a deep core connection.We use breath practices to ground and connect and relieve anxiety and stress. Challenging but fun and there are always modifications and variations given for everyone. Relax the body and mind with a soothing yogic sleep to round off your practice and bring your body back to a state of rest.
Welcome in the summer solstice and International Yoga Day with this uplifting Yoga practice. This will be FREE event to raise funds for The Alzheimers society, so please book below and bring your donations on the morning. In nature we can connect to our senses and surroundings which can in turn energize your morning. This event will be in a secret garden location so dress appropriately and bring a mat and blanket. I will be serving a light breakie and hot drinks as we finish our gathering.
