A private session can be the perfect way to invest in your health and yoga practice. Whether your a beginner or looking to refine your practice to develop certain techniques or mobility. In a bespoke session you have attention to detail and can focus on progressing slowly around your needs and if you have injuries or any past concerns we will work out a plan over one session or four.
The first session is 75 mins to include a free consultation and an option to share with a partner of friend! I would suggest a block of four sessions to get you understanding the fundamentals of Yoga and benefiting from this practice following a plan. This block will be in a separate class listing called private block of four.

Monday: 730pm - 8:40pm Core strength Vinyasa Yoga - A dynamic anatomical inspired flow focusing on transitioning through the body with intelligent sequencing. There is a general theme or "Peak pose" we are working towards and during the class we focus on our transitions to find a deep core connection.We use breath practices to ground and connect and relieve anxiety and stress. Challenging but fun and there are always modifications and variations given for everyone. Relax the body and mind with a soothing yogic sleep to round off your practice and bring your body back to a state of rest.
A class focused for anyone new to Yoga or needs a refresher and wishes to join a class which is eases you into your morning with space to grow. We will work through basic foundations of yoga, use props to help aid you and learn breath practices. to calm the central nervous system. Balancing the mind and the rest will follow.
Welcome to the SUMMER SIZZLER course!
This series of super charged HIIT and Yoga is higher intensity with lower impact options. It gives you an anatomical approach to cardio and HIIT which is safe for the joints and allows your body space to adjust with care.
Transform your body and mind in way less time boosting your metabolism and cardio and building core strength.
Please take your time getting equipped with the moves and allow yourself longer rest periods if needed. Always warm up and cool down sufficiently.

The aim is to do these 1- 2 times a week depending on your own fitness regime. Also yoga alongside. Then build up to perhaps 3 a week and you can repeat them on rotation. I can offer any advise along the way in our facebook private community where I will offer a demo and I may even do a q&a and we can check in how your all doing.

This full day retreat will give you an opportunity to re charge your batteries and learn something truly valuable at the same time. The Yoga Toolkit method I use to balance out my monkey mind! Ever find yourself taking on too much and not really investing in yourself fully for any decent amount of time? Then this could be the perfect antidote to modern day living and social pressures.
The day will be held at a dedicated Yoga studio- Well house Yoga space just outside Harrogate and is nestled in deep countryside and beautiful tranquil surroundings.
What to expect :
Vinyasa Yoga to welcome in the day followed by morning rituals, meditation, a deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice, and a Yoga Nidra. ( deep yogic sleep)
Re- connect back to self, nature and nourish our bodies with love. Learn to breathe effectively with meditation and cultivate a self practice at home.
Self- care made easy from a Mum of three who often is balancing life on the edge!
