This full day retreat will give you an opportunity to re charge your batteries and learn something truly valuable at the same time. The Yoga Toolkit method I use to balance out my monkey mind! The day will be held at a dedicated Yoga studio- Well house Yoga space just outside Harrogate and is nestled in deep countryside and beautiful tranquil surroundings.
What to expect :
Vinyasa Yoga to welcome in the day followed by chat, a deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice, and a Yoga Nidra. ( deep yogic sleep)
Re- connect back to self, nature and nourish our bodies with love. Learn to breathe effectively with meditation and cultivate a self practice at home.
Self- care made easy from a Mum of three who often is balancing life on the edge! I used to suffer from anxiety and migraines which are unpredictable.Then I decided to take control and I tried yoga and never looked back.Its a moving meditation which evolves around ditching the the negative monkey mind and tapping into your inner most being.
