Monday: 730pm - 8:40pm Core strength Vinyasa Yoga - A dynamic anatomical inspired flow focusing on transitioning through the body with intelligent sequencing. There is a general theme or "Peak pose" we are working towards and during the class we focus on our transitions to find a deep core connection.We use breath practices to ground and connect and relieve anxiety and stress. Challenging but fun and there are always modifications and variations given for everyone. Relax the body and mind with a soothing yogic sleep to round off your practice and bring your body back to a state of rest.

Invest in Mobility
It is really important to invest in your mobility to enhance not just performance but aid the best recovery and rest your body craves after training especially during the winter months when the muscles may need an extra helping hand to warm up.
Your joints really take a beating when compression is taking place consistently when pounding the pavements or cycling long distance with the same repetitive movement patterns which is turn can have negative impact on your health.
What we'll cover at the retreat?
Pre/post run: Ways to help boost your strength, mobility and investing in what I like to call super power techniques using myo fascial release to relieve pain and bring more hydration and comfort into your deep connective tissues. This is a game changer in terms of allowing tightness stress to really become unhinged.
An optional guided 5k run around the estate taking in the views of the deer park and beautiful grounds.or
a HIIT session to activate glutes and core whilst maintaining integrity for the joints.
Simple and effective take-aways you can implement at home as part of your daily mobility/yoga practice.
M.0.T for the brain - we will be using mindfulness, breathing techniques, plus a nutritious vegetarian lunch and all drinks supplied by @The Ilkley Kitchen.
