First we will find some mindful restorative yoga very gentle and release tight muscles and tensions using breathwork. Then we will move into our total relaxing sounds of the gong and bowls as Paula guides us on a journey to within.
Everyone welcome - no experience needed. Simply embrace the amazing ‘me time’ and bliss out for a whole two hours.
Arrive at 650pm for a 7-9pm session. Bring a mat / blanket and pillow and some water to drink . Dress comfortably or wear your PJS! then you can slip straight into bed afterwards. A delicious sweet treat will be served at the end to conclude.
Monday: 730pm - 8:40pm Core strength Vinyasa Yoga - A dynamic anatomical inspired flow focusing on transitioning through the body with intelligent sequencing. There is a general theme or "Peak pose" we are working towards and during the class we focus on our transitions to find a deep core connection.We use breath practices to ground and connect and relieve anxiety and stress. Challenging but fun and there are always modifications and variations given for everyone. Relax the body and mind with a soothing yogic sleep to round off your practice and bring your body back to a state of rest.

A private session can be the perfect way to invest in your health, fitness and yoga goals. Unlike a group class where as a beginner, you can get a little lost and not really develop the prior knowledge needed to have an overall body awareness. You may have a pre -existing injury, or use it as a tool to prevent injury if you are a runner, cyclist or weightlifter. If you are a more experienced yogi looking to refine your practice to develop certain techniques or mobility tools to reach your intentions.
Likewise you may just need a restorative session of breathing, and learning tools to cope with the impact of the modern day world and time out from stressors impacting on our health. Yoga gives you time for you to be present with gentle techniques and mindfulness to help you relax with an added head or shoulder massage. You need it to unwind the mind and bring the body back into its natural rhythm.
The first session is 75 mins to include a free consultation(phone call/zoom) or in person to ensure we can establish your intentions and goals.
Once you select the date it will take you to booking page and you can choose the four pack or six pack of sessions.
A winter toolkit incorporating Yoga, pilates, face yoga, meditation practices to support your mobility, mind and body. Please choose one or even add two together as some are as short as 15 mins.
