My classes offer mindful movement, breathing practices and meditation and are delivered in a balanced way that provides clear guidance but also allows freedom to practice in a way that works for you. I believe that yoga should be a sustainable practice which can be used on a daily basis to support our overall health and well-being so I share all that I continue to learn in a way that encourages a personal exploration to find what works best for you.

I am delighted to be able to bring women together in this way within a peacefully beautiful setting for a day of self-care, connection with others and nature. Mid-autumn is a great time to begin preparing for winter so during this day retreat I will share practices that you will be able to use as the seasons shift and beyond as we into the depths of winter. There will be movement & breath practices that work with the energy of the darker seasons and restorative & meditation practices to support the external environment and inner elements, all of which help you to winter well. The day is an opportunity to connect deeply with yourself & will help you remember & feel into your own wisdom that will support & guide you into the magic of winter.
