A Yin style class for everyone, helping you to realign your Spirit. Bring your blanket because this class invites you to slow down, to move inwards by drawing on subtle but deep body movements. At the end of this class we enjoy a longer Savasana to allow the body to absorb the full benefits of a juicy slow flow. Great to press the reset and restore button on a weekly basis.

We will follow this Vinyasa practice with a dip in the sea for those who wish to do so, completely optional!
Please wear a few light layers, a hoodie is so nice to wear while being outside. Bring a small handtowel, some disinfectant hand gel. Wear warm socks, maybe buy grippy pilate styles socks to keep on if your feet are normally cold, use sunscreen! These are just a few tips I picked up teaching outside that allow you to be more comfortable while you flow.
