We will be doing this class via Zoom for the next few weeks but the focus of a Nature lead practice will stay. Park Yoga, come enjoy the power of practicing under the vast expanse of the open sky. A practice that draws each week on the wonder that is Mother Nature in all her glory. Surya Namaskar to greet the day with optional inversions and Asana. Practicing in nature allows us to increase wakeful relaxation & internal focus. Out out for 2020!

A Yin style class to realign the Spirit. Bring your blanket because this class invites you to slow down, to move inwards by drawing on subtle but deep body movements and breath. At the end of this class we enjoy a longer Savasana to allow the body to absorb the full benefits of a juicy slow flow. Great to press the reset and restore button on a weekly basis.

A recording (which is valid for 3 days) will be sent after these classes to everyone who has signed up.
