This brand new innovative class, first ever in Northern Ireland, engages your body and mind in a flow state experience. This unique approach to fitness uses a diverse movement language which is designed to nourish, stretch and strengthen through sequencing and flow motion.

Using your body weight only this class is suitable for all abilities. It will enhance your movement potential and mobility in every day life.

Each block of work will be 12 weeks on total initially and will be slowly progressive.
