This class includes movement, pranayama, meditation and relaxation.
This is a gentle yoga class for those who want to unwind from a busy life. You will move your body in a mindful way while still gaining strength and connecting with your breath. This class is suitable if you are currently injured and need to make some adjustments to your practice. It is also suitable from the second trimester of pregnancy onwards and for complete beginners.

For Beginners
This class will include breath work, pelvic floor awareness, movement to release tension and stress that may arise throughout your pregnancy and gain knowledge of birthing positions.
This class will include strength work as well as deep relaxation to help us wind down and improve sleep.

Yin Yang flow will include both the invigorating yang style of yoga as well as the meditative stillness that a yin practice offers.
This class will help to release tension, gently and safely, in areas such as hips, pelvis, back, neck and shoulders as well as building on strength, stamina and endurance.
it will offer a balance of warmth, coolness, movement and stillness which benefits our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Yin Yang Flow: a super way to start your weekend. We combine an energetic flow at the beginning of the class to build strength and stamina, with restorative poses for the second half of the class to help us connect into stillness and relaxation for both our mind and body.
