In case you're not aware April is Stress Awareness month and to highlight this I’m running a 45 min FREE Zoom yoga relaxation class on Fri Apr 23rd at 8pm.
This will be a floor based relaxation class suitable for all, incorporating breathing exercises, some gentle yoga postures and ending with a guided relaxation.
