Are you looking to start yoga, or get back into your practice? Join us for a 5-week Foundations of Yoga Course—a perfect (re)introduction to yoga in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Begin your year with the gift of yoga and uncover its many benefits for body and mind. Held at the newly rebuilt, beautiful Oxshott Community Hub, this course offers a welcoming space to dive into yoga with personal attention and encouragement.


About the Course

This course is designed for beginners, those with injuries, and anyone wanting a refresher on yoga fundamentals. Each session offers a balance of safe, aligned movement, breathwork, and relaxation. Each week builds on the previous to create a strong foundation for continued practice. By the end of the course, you’ll feel confident stepping into open-level yoga classes with a solid understanding of key postures and techniques.

Throughout the course, you’ll explore foundational poses, practice mindfulness, and enjoy the process in a warm, community-based setting.


Course Info

• Classes start on Monday, January 13th, from 9:15 to 10:15 AM, and run for 5 weeks.

• Venue: Oxshott Community Hub, Surrey

• To make sure you get the most out of this course, plan to attend all 5 weeks.

• Please bring your own mat!


Early Bird: £75 (book before December 15th, 10 PM)

Standard: £85 


Please note that I am unable to offer refunds or transfers into future blocks for any unused classes on this course. If you can't make the course, I am happy for you to send a friend instead.


Lastly, I require a min number of yogis for this course to go ahead. In the event I don't reach this number, you will get at least a week's notice & a full refund.
