Feb/March 26- Tuesdays (7.30-8.30pm) & Fridays (9.30-10.30am) STRONG FLOW 5 week series

This is a 5 week series of classes, starting 24 February 2026


A lovely, welcoming community of local yogis is building for this strong hatha vinyasa class

  • This is an open-level hatha vinyasa flow designed to build strength, mobility, and self-awareness.
  • Expect a mix of dynamic sequences and longer-held poses, with layered progressions offered throughout.
  • Each week we explore a different intermediate or advanced peak pose—not to achieve perfection (or even the pose!), but to understand the journey.
  • Beginners are welcome with a curious mindset and willingness to adapt.
  • You’ll be encouraged to meet yourself where you are, while exploring what might be possible over time.
  • Ideal for yogis who enjoy a challenge, love learning, and appreciate sequencing that encourages growth. 


I teach in a series of classes (rather than casual drop ins) so that you can see progress through a regular practice & I can plan to help you progress.


There is a choice of

  • Tuesday nights (7.30-8.30pm)
  • Friday mornings (9.30-10.30am)


5 class credits EARLY BIRD £75 (£15 per session) if booked before 8 February 10pm

5 class credits standard £85 (£17 per session)

As class credits are ONLY for use within THIS class series, I typically also make smaller class packs available (check the green Class Packs button) for those who can't make all of the weeks in this series, or aren't able to make up sessions.


After you've purchased your class pack, please book into your desired sessions early to reserve your space, particularly if you will attend a mix of evenings & mornings, it stops me from having to guess :-)


Using your class credits & missed weeks:

Typically yogis book in to do a regular slot (say, Tuesday nights). However if you have a week where you can't make your regular slot, you can use your class credit to swop into the other class at the same hall instead, availability permitting, but only within this series of classes.


Please make sure you swop your class BEFORE your regular class start time, ideally with 2 hours notice so I can plan availability, particularly as i get lots of swops into the Tuesday night!

If you don't show for your regular class, and haven't booked a swop, you will lose that credit! (swopping can't be done retrospectively, basically).


IMPORTANT: Please note that I am unable to offer refunds or transfers into future series for any unused class credits. 


Lastly, I need a minimum of 5 regular committed yogis booked on & showing up! (not just swopping each week) to go ahead with any of the timeslots on offer. Should that not be possible, and I need to cancel any of the regular slots, you will either be able to swop into another class slot or get a full refund. I aim to make this decision 1 week before the start of the series.
