Meditation & Breath Work

Have you ever tried Meditation? Do you tell yourself... "It's too hard, my mind is too busy, I can't stay still for that long"? Well, perhaps you haven't tried the Dru way yet.


In my meditation classes we always start with some gentle movements called Prana Kriyas that unblock stuck energy in your body and make you feel awesome.

Then we work with Pranayama which is Yogic breath work, to help the mind be calm and focused.


On some occasions, we will do Yoga Nidra - Yogic sleep, so you are less likely to nod off for the meditation part.


Then there will be time for meditation at the end of the class. When your mind and body is prepared for it.


The benefits of mediation go well beyond the mat, it really makes a huge difference in your daily life. You will find to be less reactive to life's challenges and in relationships, you'll be able to make more mindful choices around your health and even with your thoughts and emotions. You can be the master of your mind, not the other way round. It can help reduce physical tension in the body, increase positive thinking and transform your life in a way that ripples out to benefit all of those around you.
