Known as Yoga Kurunta or Puppet Yoga this is a way of doing Iyengar Yoga poses using ropes. At the yoga studio we have the unique "great wallâ„¢system, it's the only one in Auckland and offers a lot of advantages over traditional rope walls.


In this class you will discover a different way to practice Yoga. One that offers a lot of advantages, enabling you to use the ropes for traction in the poses - that' so great for joints. You can do upside down poses without weight bearing - fun and easier on the neck and hands, improve your flexibility, plus build up strength - you will work hard and build up core strength but have SO MUCH FUN doing it!


This is a 9 week term spread over 10 weeks there is no class on the 23 May over run class if needed on 3 July
