Rise of Radiance
FOR WOMEN WHO ARE DONE BEING “JUST FINE”.
Rise of Radiance is a six week, in person course for women, held at Stillpoint Studio in Sligo, starting Friday 30 October. Every week has one theme, with guided practices in the room and a simple practice at home. This course focuses on reclaiming your unique deep power, giving you hidden gems, practical tools and wisdom that nobody taught you about your own body and desire. It reaches far beyond the bedroom, because pleasure is part of everything you enjoy.
WHO IT IS FOR
You feel a call to be radiant and powerful, with no shame. Maybe you say “I feel okey” or “I’m fine” about your body, your sex life or your life, but a part of you that has been quiet long enough knows there is much more. Any age. Single or in a relationship. You do not need any experience.
WHAT HAPPENS, WEEK BY WEEK
Week 1, wake up. See where your focus and judgement resist you living fully, and start noticing the patterns that run your life. Learn about erogenous zones you possibly have never heard about before. Step out!
Week 2, open the heart. Widen your capacity to receive pleasure with ease, learn where it all starts for women and practise your first communication skills. You will receive a personal gift to take home.
Week 3, let go. Move, shake, laugh and meditate. Feel your emotions fully, learn that every feeling comes from inside you. Start consciously choose how you want to feel instead of being pushed and pulled blindly by your hormones. Meet your shame safely.
Week 4, go deeper. Find where you hold hidden tension and relax it. Meet the you that you have desired to become. Deep Trust.
Week 5, arise. Learn hidden gems about your own pleasure, the different kinds of touch, and the importance of knowing what turns you on and what turns you off. Communication skills part 2.
Week 6, radiance. Surrender to an ocean of pleasure and let your energy lead. Step into being Orgasmic in life, let go the need to chase orgasms. Get to know what is Sex Magic.
PRIVATE GROUP for participants where you are supported throughout, to ask, celebrate and share wins and struggles
TWO EXTRA check-in calls after the course ends. Then a celebration with the women and a community that keeps meeting every three months.

A weekly gathering in person at Stillpoint (every Friday) over 6 week.
A private group space between us the whole way through.
A small, intimate group and a safe space.
6 Modules - each week new theme
12 practices - every week 2 practices: usually we will do one practice together in group, one is home practice (may need privacy). Don’t worry, practices will honour your privacy, you do not need to be naked or partially naked in front of anybody.
THERE ARE SURPRISES ALONG THE WAY. A few of them are delicious, and we keep them secret until the week they arrive.
