COSY HYGGE
A cosy afternoon of softness, stillness & self-care
Imagine stepping away from the outside world, wrapping yourself in warmth and sinking into a space created purely for rest.
Inspired by the Danish concept of Hygge — the art of creating a feeling of warmth, comfort and contentment — this indulgent yin workshop is an invitation to slow down, soften and simply be.
We’ll use blankets to support, cushion and cocoon the body throughout our yin practice, creating a feeling of being held as we settle into deep, restful postures. With gentle breath work and a guided meditation woven through the afternoon, you’ll have space to quieten the mind, release tension and reconnect with yourself.
A specially curated, atmospheric playlist will accompany the practice, adding to the sense of warmth and escapism.
Expect an afternoon of:
Please bring 2 blankets with you — ideally soft, cosy ones that you can comfortably wrap yourself in. These will be an important part of our practice and will help us create that beautiful feeling of being cocooned and supported.
Come in your comfiest clothes, bring your blankets, and leave the outside world at the door.
A little pocket of Hygge.
A chance to soften.
A moment to simply be.
