Knee discomf?ort and pain happens to many of us and we can believe that it is just our knees that are the problem.


This isn't always the case.


A lot of the time our knee pain is because of something going on in our hips or the way we use our feet.


This workshop will explore how we can get our feet and hips working more in balanced way so that our knees feel and work better.
