Spring can be quite hard for our bodies. Spring is waking up with a burst of new energy and we can feel this in our bodies. For some of us we are plan tired, for others we can suffer from stiff joints.
This workshop will help you find your inner spring bunny so that you can enjoy the spring energy with lightness and more bounce. There will be a focus on how to look after your joint health along with an energising flow to clear and move your energy. We will finish with a long relaxation.
