Zentangling - what is it?
Clare’s definition: Beautiful, mindful doodling to give you ZEN in a simple + accessible way.
Official definition from Zentagle.com: The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. We call these patterns, tangles.
What to expect: Explore simple Zentangle patterns and complete several tangles during the session to take away. Discover a unique and different way to relax that is very accessible and rewarding!
This is being held on Friday 10th January 2-3.30pm. The session costs £5 to attend. Hot drinks and snacks will be available. If the price means you're unable to attend, please email: susie@pauseandbreathe.co.uk to see if we have funds available in our pay it forward scheme.
Please note that this session is in the afternoon - not the morning as usual!
Clare is volunteering her time to run this session.
