As summer begins its gradual turning towards autumn, there is an invitation to pause... to slow the pace, take a deeper breath, and to tune in to yourself as we start to slow down after the busyness of summer.
Coming Home to Yourself is a Yoga Nidra, which aims to nourish you - offering space to rest deeply, reconnect with the body, and settle into the quiet wisdom that can so easily become lost amongst the busyness of everyday life.
There is nothing to achieve and nowhere else to be. This evening gives you an opportunity to be held in stillness, allowing the body to rest, the mind to soften, and the self to come home.
Whether Yoga Nidra is familiar or completely new, all are welcome.
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.
This session is being held by Susie online on Tuesday 25th August 8.45-9.30pm. It's £8 to attend, we have a reduced rate if this is unaffordable. If you would like access to the recording for 30 days after the session, to listen to again as many times as you'd like to, select the £12 option for this. There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. You can do this by paying an additional £1. If you are able to, please select this option.
