This Yoga Nidra celebrates the full moon in July, traditionally called the Buck Moon. This symbolises growth, resilience and transformation. This full moon falls in Aquarius, opposite the sun in Leo - balancing our individual needs with the needs of our community.
Our Yoga Nidra tonight will be based around the themes of this full moon - which appeared in its fullest on Wednesday 29th July. Its effects being felt at its peak on that night, but with a lingering feeling of "decompression" for several days afterwards.
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.
This session is being held by Susie online on Tuesday 28th July 8.45-9.30pm. It's £7 to attend, we have a reduced rate if this is unaffordable. If you would like access to the recording for 30 days after the session, to listen to again as many times as you'd like to, select the £10 option for this.
