Join us for a wellbeing walk. We know that being in nature can really boost our physical and mental health, yet it can be hard to get into a routine of going outside regularly.


It is free to join for the walks, which are being held bi-monthly by our volunteer Jonny. Dogs are welcome, as long as they can be in the company of other dogs. Children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Walks will be for around an hour, and will always be paced for the slowest walker.


This walk will be around Callander Park, meeting outside the front of Callander House at 11.15am on Thursday 26th March.

Jonny has been volunteering with Pause & Breathe since the beginning of 2025. He helps with admin, and is a volunteer at some sessions within the centre.
