Our Book Club meets every 2 months, to discuss a book based around wellbeing.
In this meet-up, we're going to be discussing "How to Live Like a Stoic"" by Tom Hodgkinson.
A synopsis of the book:
"Whether you're concerned about love, money or spirituality, Stoicism might be two thousand years old but it still has all the answers. However, some of them might surprise you."
Fancy joining us? It's just £7 to come along. Everyone is welcome. This is held on zoom - so you can join from the comfort of your own home. Don't forget to bring a cuppa with you! Meet your facilitator:
Susie is the co-founder of Pause & Breathe - a social enterprise that prioritises making wellbeing fully accessible. She is an accredited Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness teacher, Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Qi Gong and Chair Yoga Facilitator and is training to teach Nia Dance.
Susie is passionate about creating safe spaces where participants can form connections and find community. She works with people to help them find self-acceptance, emotional balance and to get to know themselves better.
