Join us for a weekly wellbeing walk. We know that being in nature can really boost our physical and mental health, yet it can be hard to get into a routine of going outside regularly.

Susie is holding weekly wellbeing walks, in different locations around Falkirk. Join her (and her dog Phin) for a walk that will be a little under an hour long - getting outside in all weathers!

It is free to join for the walk, but please book a space so we know who to expect. Dogs are welcome, as long as they can be in the company of other dogs.

This week we'll be in Callendar park - meet at the front of Callendar House at 10.30am - or get in contact for a lift from the Bonnybridge area.

There are paths, but it can get muddy. Do wear good footwear, and clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. We won't be walking fast, but a having a moderate fitness level would be helpful. We will walk to the pace of the slowest walker - so don't worry about being left behind!
