Join us for a session for adults to have some fun in the woods!
During the morning you'll be learning fire-lighting skills, mastering the skills to get a spark from your flint steel using only natural resources. Then you'll be tapping into your creativity - using resources found on the woodland floor - creating our own happy memory to take home with you.
This session is guided by John from Well Wild. He says: "you will leave the woods having learned more about yourself than the skills you learned".
There will be hot drinks, snacks and definitely marshmallows to cook over your fire - only if you get your fire alight!
This session is free as it has been funded by Scotmid Co-Op.
The session will run from 10am-12pm, we'll meet at The Place to Pause & Breathe at 9.40am to share cars to the site. Please note that there is a toilet at the site, but we are in the woods - so it's not luxury! (It is private though).
