An invitation to come together and practice mindfulness meditation.
There are many benefits attributed to mindfulness practice. Both physical and mental health have been shown to improve, for example:
The sessions will be held once a month and will be two hours long with a short break. They will consist of formal practice, some readings, and poetry, as well as
time for discussion.
Gathering together like this can help us to sustain our practice and keep us motivated on our Mindfulness journey.
These sessions are suitable for anyone with a regular practice, as well as anyone with an interest in establishing one

This session will take place on Sunday 12th April from 2-4pm in The Place to Pause & Breathe, Bonnybridge. It's £20 to come along, with a reduced rate available. Please pick the price that best reflects your circumstances. There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. There are yoga mats cushions and blankets at the centre, but you may wish to bring your own. You can also use a chair (which will be provided).

Meet Your Facilitator:
Anne Marie spent her working life in the NHS as a nurse. Her last 20 years were in Mental Health, where she saw how poor mental health effects the quality of people’s lives. Toward the end of her career, treatment was expanding and Mindfulness programmes were developing. With a view to helping her patients and colleagues she began her own journey into Mindfulness. Studying with Mindfullybeing, The Heart Movement and Pause & Breathe. Have recently completed teacher training in Mindfulness she is keen to share the benefits of living mindfully with others.
