Join us for a Mindful Silent Disco—a unique blend of movement, music, and mindfulness. The session begins with introductions and grounding exercises, followed by gentle choreographed movements anyone can follow. You'll then be invited to dance freely to the music in your headphones, closing with a calming relaxation practice. Just bring yourself (comfortable shoes and water are welcome).
This session is for anyone seeking a safe, judgement-free space to move their body with intention. Whether you're new to mindfulness, love dancing, or have never tried either—you belong here. Our welcoming group creates a supportive atmosphere where you can lean into a more joyful, grounded, and passionate version of yourself without pressure. No prior skills needed; simply bring openness and curiosity.
Accessible to all bodies and mobility levels—join seated or standing as feels right. Those with sensory sensitivities may adjust headphone volume or step out whenever needed. Come ready to breathe, move, and rediscover the simple pleasure of being present together.
If you have a favourite song you'd like to move to, please come prepared with details of this on the day, Bronwyn will do her best to blend into the session.
Bronwyn Tutty will be the facilitator for this session.
This session is being held on Friday 16th October 10-11.30am, in The Place to Pause & Breathe, Bonnybridge.
