Join us for a monthly Lunch Club - a time to get together to socialise over some food. We know that many people eat lunch alone - perhaps you work from home, or you live by yourself. Eating can be a communal occasion.


Our monthly Lunch Club is held on the first Wednesday of every month.


We invite you to bring your lunch along, and eat with us. Hot drinks and chat provided!


Join us from 12.15pm onwards. This is free to attend and everyone is welcome. We're meeting on Wednesday 5th November.

Meet your facilitator:

Susie is the co-founder of Pause & Breathe - a social enterprise that prioritises making wellbeing fully accessible. She is an accredited Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness teacher, Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Qi Gong and Chair Yoga Facilitator and is just about to start training to teach Nia Dance.


Susie is passionate about creating safe spaces where participants can form connections and find community. She works with people to help them find self-acceptance, emotional balance and to get to know themselves better.
