Spend the afternoon forest bathing, foraging and campfire cooking in woods of Abercairney, near Crieff.

We will learn about edible plants and immerse ourselves in nature creating cordage from nettles and creating mindful nature art. Lunch is included - provided by a local cafe.

Carys from Nature Connects Therapy and Wellbeing will be your facilitator for this session.

We will meet at The Place to Pause & Breathe in Bonnybridge and car share (unless you'd prefer to travel there yourself). The session is free as it has been funded by Scotmid. It is for adults only.

This will take place on Saturday 4th July 12-3pm. We will be meeting at the centre in Bonnybridge at 10.40am to travel together, and will be returning no later than 4.30pm. Susie from Pause & Breathe will be present, alongside two volunteers who are driving - Caroline and Lynsey.
