Find Your Inner Peace is a gentle, guided breathwork and relaxation session designed to help you slow down, settle the mind and reconnect with yourself. Using simple breathing techniques, grounding practices and guided relaxation, Karen will create a calm, welcoming space where you can step away from the noise of everyday life for a little while and simply breathe.

The session is suitable for beginners as well as anyone who already enjoys breathwork, meditation or relaxation practices. Everything is invitational, so you are always encouraged to work within what feels comfortable for you. Breathwork can help support relaxation, reduce feelings of stress and overwhelm, bring greater awareness to the body and leave you feeling calmer, more centred and grounded.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring some water. You may also wish to bring a blanket, cushion or anything else that helps you feel comfortable and relaxed. The session can be adapted to different needs, and participants are welcome to take part seated rather than lying down if that feels better for them.

Karen Davidson from Inner Sanctum Healing will be the facilitator for this session.

This session is being held on Friday 2nd October 10-11.30am, in The Place to Pause & Breathe, Bonnybridge.

These sessions are free, as they have been funded by Falkirk Communities Mental Health & Wellbeing. They are designed to support participant's overall health and wellbeing, increasing community connections and reducing loneliness. Although they are free, please only book in if you are definitely attending as numbers are limited. If you do book in and then can't make it please cancel your booking, as we may have people on the waiting list. If you'd like to come along but it feels difficult, please get in contact to enquire about our befriending service: susie@pauseandbreathe.co.uk

Meet Your Facilitator:

Karen Davidson is the founder of Inner Sanctum Healing, where she creates calm, welcoming spaces that encourage people to slow down, reconnect with themselves and take a little time away from the pressures of everyday life.

Her work brings together practices including breathwork, meditation, sound, relaxation and gentle movement, with a strong focus on making wellbeing feel approachable rather than intimidating. Karen’s style is warm, down-to-earth and inclusive, and she believes there is no “right” way to relax or take part — people are encouraged to listen to their own bodies, work at their own pace and simply take what they need from the experience.

Through her sessions, Karen hopes to give people something increasingly rare: permission to pause, put the weight down for a while, and come back to themselves feeling calmer, more grounded and a little more connected.
