We have gained funding from the Safe Deposits Scotland Community Fund to hold a series of FREE Wellbeing Sessions on Friday mornings.

Our Friday Morning Wellbeing session this week will be "Developing a Mindful Attitude", held by Susie from Pause & Breathe.

In this session we will explore how mindful attitudes of gratitude, kindness, curiosity and acceptance can help us to build resilience. Many people think that mindfulness is all about meditation - but how you are in life is what's really important. When we bring mindful attitudes to our daily lives, we're more able to manage whatever life throws at us.

Bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket if you can. It's also possible to sit on a chair for this if lying on the floor isn't available to you.

This session is being held on Friday 28th June from 10-11.30am. The session will be an hour, followed by the chance to stay for a cuppa, biscuit and a chat.
