This welcoming one-hour yoga class focuses on gentle movement, accessibility, and mindful practice.


Suitable for all ages, abilities and levels of experience, the class offers modifications and options to support individual needs. Through gentle stretches, breath awareness, and relaxation, moving at your own pace, to improve mobility, build confidence, and enjoy the benefits of yoga in a supportive and inclusive environment.


These are Community Yoga classes, subsidised by Pause & Breathe to make these sessions more accessible financially.


The sessions take place in The Place for Martial Arts & Wellbeing in Bo'ness on Mondays from 10-11am. This block runs for 3 weeks and starts on Monday 22nd June.


Booking for the block gives one session for half price. The 3-week block is £12.50. There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. You can do this by paying an additional £1. If you are able to, please select this option.

Alison is a dedicated yoga teacher with 2.5 years of teaching experience and qualifications in Yin Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. Passionate about both yoga and teaching, she strives to create a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable and supported. Alison values understanding each individual's unique needs and abilities, adapting her approach to help students develop strength, flexibility, balance, and wellbeing while enjoying their own personal yoga journey
