Join us for a "Big Lunch" event - started by The Eden Project in 2009, this is all about bringing communities together for a few hours of community, friendship and fun.
The "Big Lunch" connects people and encourages friendlier, safer neighbourhoods where people start to share more – from conversations and ideas, to skills and resources, and, for some, it ignites a passion for doing more good things where they live.
Meet at Bonnybridge Library at 1pm to join a litter pick, making the community a nicer place to be for everyone. This is followed by a cuppa, cake and chat in The Place to Pause & Breathe from 2-3pm.
Our volunteer Lee will be leading this event, with support from volunteer Jonny.
Hot drinks and cake provided.
Meet the the Library at 1pm, or come along to The Place to Pause & Breathe for 2pm. Everyone is welcome.

Meet The Facilitator:
Lee is an experienced Community worker. She feels passionate about helping people in the Community especially during times of struggle. She likes to support Woman in a safe space to feel part of a lovely Community group. Enjoying special moments and learning new things together.
Lee started to attend classes at Pause and Breathe after a road traffic accident – trying things to help piece herself back together again physically and mentally. Firstly, joining wellbeing walks then building up the stamina and confidence to go to the centre. She tried yoga, dance, qi gong and various other activities. The centre was there when nobody else was as she wasn't quite well enough to do much of anything. Lee has started volunteering to give back to Pause & Breathe.
