Our beginner class is perfect for if you have no experience of yoga or are coming back to yoga after a break. We start our classes sitting focusing on the breath which is followed by seated practices to loosen us up. We come up to standing for a series of breath and movement practices and a few yoga postures. Making our way back down to the mat we practice some lying down practices before going into a deep relaxation where we reap all the benefit from the class. Expect to feel fully relaxed at the end of the session!
