This training is specific to registered nurses who will be providing neurogenic bowel training locally.

Following this course, attendees will be able to:


– Design a course on management of the neurogenic bowel

– Deliver a course taking into account the different adult learning styles

– Provide theoretical and practical assessment

– Evaluate a course content


All attendees must have previously completed a recognised course in Neurogenic Bowel Management.  



Course Details: The course runs from 9.00am – 5.00pm; the cost is €100.00 per delegate (including morning tea or coffee and lunch, including dessert).


Delegates: Suitable for all registered nurses in both hospital and community setting


Accreditation: 6 CEUs from Nursing and Midwifery Board Ireland NMBI. Assessment of clinical competency to be achieved locally.
