This session offers a short introduction on how to carry out a facial massage using natural skincare. You’ll learn techniques, enabling you to add a regular facial massage to your self-care routine, to nourish your skin, leaving you refreshed. 


Following this, you will be guided through a deep relaxation session leaving your whole body feeling rested, relaxed and restored.
