What is it – Power Yoga is a fitness based practice which helps to build core, flexibility, balance, better breathing techniques and strength in general.


What are the benefits – these are wide ranging, from increased range of movement and flexibility, improved core strength, breathing stamina, endurance, focus, concentration. Better alignment, body awareness and relaxation.


Is it suitable for all – this type of yoga is suitable for those who are already exercising regularly and wish to take the next step in “raising their game”. Although it can be quite challenging the rewards are multi faceted from a physical and psychological perspective.
