Iron Yoga blends traditional yoga poses (asana) with light dumbbells, creating a unique practice that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness all at once. By integrating weights with asana, Iron Yoga helps sculpt lean muscle, improve posture, boost energy, and enhance overall body awareness—without sacrificing the mindfulness you'd expect in a traditional yoga class.
Where:
My home studio in Beagh, Killinkere, Co. Cavan, A82KV66. Please park in the driveway upon arrival. Car pooling is encouraged, if you're interested in car pooling with a fellow class goer please get in touch with me and I can help coordinate.
Cancellation & Missed Class Policy:
Missed classes are not refundable or transferable to other classes but if you need to cancel and do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice via Booking Hawk, a refund will be issued. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not refundable or transferable. Please note that a different policy applies to term bookings/ class passes - the 24 hour cancellation policy only applies to the first class in the term.
