Join us for a Floating Yoga, Sound & Reiki session and experience:


  • Gentle and restorative stretches in an aerial hammock to relieve your body and mind of tension and stress.
  • A little guided breathwork and meditation to help you calm your nervous system.
  • Float weightlessly as you're immersed in healing sound and reiki.


No experience required. The silk will be hung at knee level so you can enjoy this experience without the effort of standing up or fear of being up high. All movement is optional.

Aerial Yoga & Soundbath Participation Disclaimer


Aerial yoga involves physical activity that includes the use of suspended equipment. While it offers so many benefits, and the silks are at a lower height for this session which minimizes risk of injury, it may not be suitable for some individuals. By booking this class, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


You and anyone whom you are booking on behalf of, are in good physical health and do not suffer from any condition that may be aggravated by participation in aerial yoga or a sound bath.


You understand that aerial yoga may not be suitable if you have (but not limited to):


  • High or low blood pressure
  • Heart conditions
  • Glaucoma or other eye conditions
  • Pregnancy
  • Recent surgery or injury
  • Bone or joint issues (e.g., osteoporosis, herniated/ bulging discs)
  • Vertigo, dizziness, or inner ear conditions
  • Any other condition that could be negatively impacted by inversion or suspension

Some sounds may not be suitable for those who have a pacemaker or mental parts in their bodies (e.g. have had a joint replaced surgically)


If you are unsure whether aerial yoga and a soundbath is appropriate for you, please consult with your doctor before participating.

Cancellation Policy


Please provide at least 24 hours notice so that someone else could be offered your space. Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to a future booking.
