Join me for a dynamic movement class focused on training slings of fascia to create functional strength, integrity and deep range. You can expect:
It's going to be pacy at times and you'll likely feel like you're working out from a strength and cardio perspective while also exploring deeper ranges of motion. While some flows might feel tricky in the first few sessions, your body will quickly adapt as we will revisit the same flows and sequences, but we'll layer in progressions when things start to feel comfortable and easy. Another component of this class is fascia massage - which, for those not familiar, will feel like self-massage using a foam roller, but maybe not the most relaxing massage!
This isn't yoga but many of the movements have yogic roots. These classes bring fuse elements from a range of modalities and methods that have inspired my own movement journey and practice.
This will be best enjoyed by those that feel comfortable kneeling, twisting, sweating, being on all 4's or in a plank position.

My home studio in Beagh, Killinkere, Co. Cavan, A82KV66. Please park in the driveway upon arrival. Car pooling is encouraged, if you're interested in car pooling with a fellow class goer please get in touch with me and I can help coordinate.
Cancellation & Missed Class Policy:
A 24 cancellation policy applies to block bookings, meaning if you give a minimum of 24 hours notice (from the first class) that you wish to cancel your space for the entire block via Booking Hawk, a refund will be issued for the full amount paid. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not refundable or transferable so please commit to attending each session. I am unable to offer credits or substitute classes for missed classes.
