Yogi/ Meditation teacher Chris Molloy and Coach Margaret Masterson have created a one-day experience designed to facilitate self-connection and reflection. You will take part in body and mind practices to sustain you through the waves of life. When you are connected to rest & restore your brain functions better, you become more self aware, engaged and rested.


An introspective yoga practice hones your awareness so that you become more conscious of the seeds you’re planting. Strengthening your self-reflective capacity gives you greater agency to choose the qualities you wish to cultivate.

Schedule:


With arrival and welcomes from 9.30am, we will start at 10am with introduction, a Yin Yoga practice and facilitated Reflection. This will be followed by a delicious healthy lunch in our beautiful surroundings. Our afternoon will flow between body and mind practices and end with closing circle at 3pm.



Please wear comfortable clothing and socks for indoor movement. Bring runners and coat for outdoors. Bring water bottle for refills.


No previous yoga experience is necessary.
