Slow Flow Yoga - Spring Awakening Series @ The Calm Rooms - DROP IN

The Spring Awakening Series will continue to run over the next 3 weeks. It is a Slow Flow Yoga class suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Classes are designed around slow intentional movement that will help strengthen the body and increase flexibility.

Each class will start with a short breath-work practice to ground and calm the mind and all classes will finish with a long cosy Savasana with guided relaxation. This class will leave you feeling grounded, re-energised and refreshed, ready to take on the rest of your week.

All mats and props provided.
