A gentle class with mostly seated and supine (lying) poses. We tend to have a few standing poses and a balance each week. Ideal for those looking for a gentler, slower paced option, but still looking for the benefits of yoga. We tend to avoid downward facing dog and sun salutations to keep it gentle and accessible to all. There are always options and alternatives, so go at your own pace and listen to your body as much as (if not more than) your teacher. I look forward to practising with you.
