Yoga & ART in the Woods combines the rejuvenating benefits of yoga with the mindfulness of creative expression for a deeply replenishing experience.
Join Alice (alice faulkner yoga) and Sarah (LOOKUP: Holistic Art) for a nourishing afternoon of yoga, creativity, and connection in the beautiful setting of Otley Chevin Forest Park.

This session includes:
• A mindful woodland walk & gentle foraging
• Grounding yoga practice with Alice
• Guided meditation and nature-inspired creative session with Sarah
• BEAU-T-FULL tea (yes, it's as delightful as it sounds!) - and a delicious vegan* treat.
Adults of all abilities welcome - no art or yoga experience necessary, just a sense of curiosity, and a love of being in nature.
