Feel the last rays of sun on your skin as you breathe and move in this nourishing and rejuvenating 1 hour yoga practice set amidst tranquil woodland.
Adults of all yoga levels & experience are welcome - from curious beginners to seasoned yogis seeking connection with nature. Expect a warm, friendly & encouraging atmosphere & class.

As this is a most-weather class with the woods providing some weather coverage, please wear layers & appropriate clothing (i.e. if it rains we'll feel the touch of nature, and get wet!). Please see T&Cs on my website for my cancellation policy.
If you'd like to borrow one my yoga mats, you're welcome to - please just let me know in advance so I can bring you one. Large coffee sacks to lay beneath your yoga mat will be available for you to use, if you wish to.
