Join Alice (alice faulkner yoga), Samantha (Fleeting Fern), and Charlotte (Soundwaves) in the beautiful Otley Chevin Forest Park for a deeply nourishing day in the Woods – a chance to slow down, soften, and reconnect beneath the energy of the full moon.
Across the day, you’ll be guided through a carefully held journey of movement, nature connection, deep rest, and sound – designed to gently support your nervous system and bring you back into balance.
You’re welcome to join us for a single session, a half day, or the full day experience.
While each session stands beautifully on its own, the day has been thoughtfully curated as a flowing journey – with each element building on the last, allowing you to drop deeper into rest, connection, and presence as the day unfolds.

You’re welcome to join for any part of the day – simply choose the option that feels right for you when booking. No previous experience is needed, just come as you are.
This day is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and be gently held by nature, community, and practice.

• Want a deeper experience, but still some flexibility? The half day offers a more immersive, spacious feel.

The Sessions
Grounding Woodland Yoga
A nourishing, slow hatha flow rooted in connection – to your body, your breath, and the natural world around you. Welcoming and supportive for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis.
Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)
A guided, sensory immersion in nature. Through slowing down and engaging your senses, you deepen your connection to the natural world and yourself.
Studies suggest forest bathing may help to:
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Support immune function
• Lower blood pressure
• Improve clarity and focus
Restorative Woodland Yoga
A deeply restful, supported practice designed to soothe your nervous system. Gentle, held postures allow the body to soften and the mind to settle, while the sounds of the forest guide you into stillness.
Sound Bath with Reiki
An immersive sound journey using vibration and frequency to support deep rest and energetic balance, with gentle Reiki offered throughout.
You may experience:
• A sense of deep calm and inner peace
• Feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded
• Emotional release or energetic shift
• Improved sleep and relaxation
A gentle note, sound healing may not be suitable if you:
• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
• Experience seizures or epilepsy
• Have had recent surgery or fractures
• Have metal implants or a pacemaker

What to Bring:
• Please bring water and a picnic lunch if staying for the full day.
• There are no toilets on site – you’re welcome to visit Mistal Kitchen at lunchtime (~20 min walk) and wild wees in between.
Yoga sessions: Yoga mat*, mug, weather-appropriate comfortable layered clothing
Forest Bathing: Yoga mat*, mug, sturdy shoes, weather-appropriate layered clothing
Sound Bath with Reiki: Yoga mat*, cup/mug, water, blanket, something soft for your head, weather-appropriate layered clothing.
*Don't have a yoga mat ? Just message Alice beforehand and we'll bring one for you.
It’s often cooler in the woods than expected – extra layers are always a good idea.

• Tickets are non-refundable (except in exceptional circumstances), but may be transferable to a future collaborative event.
