This is an energizing, open-level class in St. Anne's Park! My yoga style is Hatha and Vinyasa Flow and it is so amazing to be able to practice outside and feel the healing energy of nature. You will flow through some 'Sun Salutations' while moving with your breath, building warmth in your body and stimulating your muscles. You will then be guided through some dynamic and strengthening postures. In this I will encourage students to always use the correct alignment, to challenge yourself physically but most importantly, to listen to your body. The main focus is to build strength, improve flexibility and grow a deeper understanding for your body. At the end of the class we will do a short meditation and relaxation. You will be left feeling refreshed and ready to take on the weekend.
