Getting back to the routine of day-to-day life again can take its toll on our minds and bodies. It may be a little overwhelming, learning to navigate this new way of living. Without even realising it, we can hold that stress in our bodies. Holding in our tummies, tension in the shoulders, jaws clenched, poor sleep.
Some time spent tuning in and showing ourselves compassion can help release that tension, help us cope and carry on with a more optimistic outlook.
Get into your pjs on Thursday nights and get ready for a relaxing yoga practice designed to release the stresses and strains of the day, the week, the month and send you off to a lovely deep sleep
