This class will be for those who have a good understanding of the basic yoga postures and have begun to experience a wider variety of poses and styles. We will begin to deepen our understanding of the relationship between breath and movement. There will be some Hatha flow involved, where we will move from one posture to another with our breath. A wider variety of breathing techniques and philosophy will also be explored. Don't worry about how the poses look, flexibility or stength - adaptions and alternatives will be provided for all!
