This class is all about improving your bodies day to day functioning and ageing well. It focuses on lots of warmup movements, mobility, strengthening and flexibility, that you will notice the benefit of.
It is a mindful movement class, as it requires you to be in the moment, paying attention to the movement, how the body feels and responding respectively to the bodies limitations and needs on any given day. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and take breaks when you need.
This class is a very popular class and is best suited to anyone with previous yoga experience.

It is a progressive class that blends mobility exercises and yoga poses to help increase your flexibility, strength, balance & body awareness.
Each class finishes with a guided relaxation that compliments the practice.

Yoga is a fantastic way to reduce aches & pains, relieve stress & tension, improve sleep, improve overall health & quality of life.

The class begins with some very gentle movement & deep breathing to help prepare the body & release tension.
For the guided meditation, you can choose to sit or lie down on the floor with a blanket & cushion for your comfort.
Each week we focus on consciously relaxing the body to stimulate the nervous system & strengthen your ability to self soothe. Each session has a theme to help with personal growth & healing, e.g, letting go, forgiveness, inner child work, compassion, releasing judgement & so on.
These sessions take place in a very welcoming, warm, & calm space surrounded by candles.
