Vinyasa Flow level 1 -
This Class begins with stillness to enable you to find a sense of calm, we will then move through a gentle warm, include core strengthening, and flow through a series standing and seated postures with strong emphasis on using the breath to create space in the body. The class will explore your body’s full range of movement, improve focus and concentration, increase strength and finish with a long relaxation.
Intermediate Vinyasa Level 2
This class is more suitable for those with an established Yoga practice.
This is a strong Vinyasa class with continuous movement and always led by the breath. Students flow from one pose to the next building heat and strength in the body.
If you are looking for a fun, challenging class, Dynamic Vinyasa is just for you! Expect to be guided through flowing transitions, Sun Salutations and a wide range of strong Yoga poses.
Vinyasa Flow classes will build your strength and confidence up and introduce optional arm balances and inversions. More dynamic breathing techniques and philosophical concepts may be explored. This class is best if you have some previous Vinyasa experience and are comfortable with all basic yoga poses.
Yin Yoga is a part of the original Hatha Yoga tradition. Yin Yoga combines the influences of Indian Yoga with Chinese Daoist practices and Western science to improve our health and well-being on many levels. With its emphasis on long held, passive stretches of the deeper connective tissues, Yin Yoga mobilises and strengthens our joints, ligaments and deep fascial tissue networks throughout the body.
As Yin is mainly a seated or supine practice we will use our available studio props such as bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets, to fully support and hold the body and ensure the optimum pose can be achieved for your body’s ability.
Yin classes are deeply relaxing, restoring equilibrium, balance & harmony throughout your body.

Sculpt And Stretch
A dynamic class that offers a fusion of Yoga, Pilates and Ballet designed to strengthen and lengthen your body. You can enjoy a combination of strength based exercises entwined with beautiful stretches to really free up the body and feel stronger and stretched!!
With some upbeat tunes and positive vibes you will be energised from head to toe!

Soulful Vinyasa is a fun and dynamic practice, set to soulful music. This is a perfect mid-week class to shake of any stress, re energize and recentre yourself. Vinyasa is a flowing sequence which synchronises traditional Hatha poses, breath and movement, so they smoothly transition from one pose to another.
These classes move at a faster pace than the gentle flow classes, and can build up to arm balances and more advanced poses. It is usually best to attend these classes with some basic asana and sun salutation knowledge and off course an open mind and an adventurous and playful spirit.

Traditional Yin (A quiet practice)
Within this class we will explore the more meditative aspects of the Yin yoga practice. The class will be held in silence apart from minimal instruction from your teacher. The silence can hold space for you to find a deeper stillness; ultimately creating more harmony, ease and freedom with in the mind and body.
These classes are deeply relaxing, restoring equilibrium, balance & harmony.
Beyond Form is the perfect antidote to end your working week, shake of the dust and jump into your weekend feeling all sparkly and revitalized.
Set to funky tribal beats, we will shake and move and find our groove as we explore the boundaries of the traditional asana practice.
This fun and dynamic class has an emphasis on free flow movement, you will be guided through an original, creative flow, but are also encouraged to follow your own intuition and to move from your heart.
Beyond Form invites you to shake off your inhibitions and find freedom through movement. this class will build your strength, balance and confidence.
